Highly responsive to queries etc, made a good recommendation for the crematorium, and were happy for us to opt out of some of the more expensive elements of the service that we didn't feel were necessary (though their pricing compares very favourably with other FDs - they weren't the first we looked at). My step-mother was also very happy with the service and described them as very professional, caring and discreet. Their celebrant, Sue, additionally did a great job, and her work is clearly a passion. She was kind enough to drive us to the funeral venue in advance of the service in her free time (not something her modest fee covers).
